Refund Policy

 

For hygienic reasons, socks and laundry products are not accepted as refunds. All products to be returned must not be opened and the products must not be used. You can return the products you have received within 15 days of placing your order.

You must follow the steps below to make your return. Refunds are made only for problems caused by us.

However, if there are products you want to return, you must send an e-mail titled “Return XXXXX (OrderNumber)” to our info @ theunisocks.com mail address to create a Return Request. Your mail content should contain your reason for return and images to prove that the products are not unpacked and the products are not used. After reaching us by e-mail, you will be returned about your return request status. The positive answer to your return request will include our address where you can send our products back.

The shipping fee of the products you want to return must be paid by you. Due to customs restrictions implemented in Turkey with extra charges you may encounter.

After we receive the products, your payment will be refunded with the method you have paid.
